QVC Italia, part of the leading television shopping channel broadcaster, needed an enterprise-level solution to mix live selling feeds from studio environments across multiple locations. The system required direct integration with their stock management and ordering system to allow customers to visualize current stock status of selling items.
The Solution
StreamVue provided their Vivo appliance servers for real-time video capture. This was rendered on-screen with predefined templates allowing live information from their stock and order management system. With multiple studios, broadcasts can be switched from one to another with predefined scripts as items sell out. The solution spans over 500 screens across multiple locations, countries, and time zones.
